Clef is the same strongest-in-magic man in Cefiro except that he has grown quite a lot. He is now a tall man dressed a black. In the OVA, he attempts to save Earth from Cefiro by stopping time and trapping all the people of Earth in the gap of time. Clef was assumed dead in the process of Ascot's attack, but was later seen again after Ascot was defeated.
