The guy they met in the Forest of Silence. The guy Fuu fell for. Ferio is actually the prince of Cefiro, he's the brother of Emeraude, but it was revealed differently in the Manga and Anime. In the Manga, he knew all along - he just didn't want to tell. In the Anime, he lost his memory and it didn't come back to him until near the end of the first season. Nevertheless, Ferio is a good person to have around if you're gonna fight a lot.
It was interesting at first that Ferio betrayed the Knights in an attempt to get to Zagato, but he ended up saving them (mostly because of Fuu). He also gave Fuu a communications device which helped them on several occasions.
