Original Manga Description
The creature that Clef asked Presia to give to the Magic Knights. All the vocabulary in Mokona's language are "Bu", "Bu!", "Bu?" and "Bu..." (note that in the Anime, it was pronounced as "Puu" instead of "Bu"). The red gem Mokona has on his (it is not even clear that if Mokona is a he or a she) forehead can store many things such as tents and food. Mokona doesn't seem to have any thoughts, but in fact he may really have none.
Magic Spells
Mokona doesn't have any spells, but rather, lot of abilities. With a Puu and a flash of the forehead gem, Mokona can: create an egg-shaped tent [Anime Only], create a pile of food, make contact with Clef [Anime Only], show a line of light to signify the direction of something or create an egg-shaped device that is capable of flying and diving underwater.
