Original Manga Description
Seresu appears in the guise of a blue water dragon and controls the power of Water. He (note that gender was never given to the Mashin, but their Voice Talents were all males) was awakened by Umi in the Temple of Sea where he changed into the form of a Mashin to fight alongside her. Seresu represents Water, Kindness and the Present.
Magic Spells
Hikari no Rase (Spiral Light) [can only be used along with the other two Mashin]
The rest of Seresu's spells are simply enhanced versions of Umi's spells.
