Description

Emeraude is the "fairy princess" of Cefiro who sustains the well-being of Cefiro (Cefiro is sustained by fairies and those who are able to use magical powers). As the princess, she is forbidden to fall in love with a human, but she falls in love with Zagato. As a result, Cefiro is in ruins and Zagato commits ritual suicide in a bid to form a pact with the gods to save Cefiro. Unable to accept this fact, Emeraude goes into a "dream" where the whole world only consists of Zagato and herself.

Emeraude awakens from her "dream" when the voices of Hikaru, Umi and Fuu reach her in their final battle with Eagle. She finally accepts Zagato's death and pleads Eagle to stop his path of destruction so they can rebuild Cefiro by "starting anew".
