If you thought Zagato's Mashin was powerful, then you ain't seen nothing yet. After Zagato gets defeated and killed, Princess Emeraude gives up her "Pillar form" and goes after the Knights for killing Zagato with her Mashin, which is a LOT more powerful than Zagato's. Princess Emeraude's Mashin doesn't have a weapon, but she picked up Zagato's Mashin's weapon and used it to blow the Knights apart. Apart from wordless blows (Manga version also has spells) that can erase one of those floating islands in one blow, her Mashin handles Zagato's weapon pretty well and did stab through Rayearth's left shoulder once. In the end, the three Knights combining their powers to summon Combined Rayearth, who destroyed Princess Emeraude's Mashin.
