Rayearth's Description

Primera is a funny, if not interesting character. She's a pixie - which is different to a fairy - having long light-blueish hair with butterfly like wings. She's tiny, but likes to scream a lot, hence getting a lot of attention. You'd usually find Primera in time and places when you don't expect her to appear - usually when Hikaru is with Lantis. She absolutely hates Hikaru.

Primera is the type who could really get you irritated with her continuous whining and spinning around your head pointing at you while telling you off. Luckily, Lantis doesn't seem to care much, nor does he seem to care about Primera much. At times, you'd catch him just walking off while Primera is being squashed by a marshmallow (Mokona). It also seems that Mokona is a bit fund of Primera, it seems more apparent in the Anime as there are scenes where Mokona is actively protecting Primera - I guess it also has to do with Mokona not being the creator in the Anime.
